Editorial: How Iowa can halt its weight gain

The state has the 12th highest obesity rate in the nation, according to a report released last week by the Trust for America’s Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Iowa’s percentage of obese adults was 32.1 percent in 2015, up from 20.9 percent in 2000 and from 12.2 percent in 1990.
