Casey touts legislation related to combating heroin addiction

“Just this summer, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported on a study by the Trust for America’s Health and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which found the number of deaths from drug overdoses now surpasses car-accident-related deaths in Pennsylvania," Casey said. "It’s hard for me to believe we can say that.”
