Mississippi Has Nation's Highest Obesity Rate

JACKSON, Miss. -- Trust for America's Health released a report that finds that Mississippi has the highest obesity rate in the nation.

At least one company is making an effort to help its employees get fit at work while improving their health.

At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, employees can work out during lunch because they have a gym located on site and a blue walking trail.

The company encourages employees to live healthy lifestyles and make exercise a part of their routine.
