Impact of the American Health Care Act in the States

May 8, 2017

On May 4th, 2017, the House of Representatives’ American Health Care Act (AHCA) passed by a vote of 217-213, which would repeal and replace certain sections of Affordable Care Act, and now moves on to the Senate for consideration. To assist you in understanding the potential impact of various sections of the AHCA, we’ve compiled a state-specific set of documents from TFAH and our partners. In addition, we maintain a toolkit of materials to highlight the critically important work that PPHF supports, and you can also browse our state-specific story bank of prevention and public health stories to assist in your efforts.
